I couldn’t get out of bed most days, a few years ago. I was a procrastinating hot mess.

But everything in my life looked perfect: great career, amazing husband, and beautiful children...but that was just on the surface. Deep down I knew the truth.

After my mom died, I found a handwritten book manuscript that she never published. Seeing that manuscript in my mother’s handwriting was like a punch in the gut.

I thought about my own life and all of the hopes and dreams that I had that I never followed through on because of procrastination and fear of failure.

I decided that day that I was no longer going to let my fear overtake me and that I would start living on purpose. I decided to honor my mother’s memory by becoming an entrepreneur.

I am a Double Board-Certified Pediatric Professor and the CEO of Productive on Purpose™.

I help women doctors develop and confidently sell their first high-ticket program and reach their first $100K.

I am the host of The High-Ticket Doc™️ Podcast where I give actionable strategies on how to become a High-Ticket Doc™️.

I hit 6-Figures in 6 months.

As a doctor, who had no experience starting and running a business - we are not taught this in Medical school - I knew I wanted to have impact by serving women in my community, but I didn’t know how.

I was trying to grow my Instagram followers, checking my podcast downloads stats, hosting challenges left and right, I had invested so much time and energy to my website that no one really visited...I was exhausted.

I was doing all the things and nothing at all.

I decided that something had to change at the beginning of this year.

  • Step #1: I decided to become The High-Ticket Doc™.

I was going to show up consistently and serve my people at a high level and charge a high ticket price.

  • Step #2: I hired a coach who was where I wanted to be and had a life that I wanted to model my life after.

I emptied my business bank account to make the first installment to get into my coach’s program. I was investing in a proven process.

I didn’t know how I was going to make my second monthly payment.

I just knew that if I sowed, I would reap in the same measure.

  • Step #3: I became fully sold on ME.

On my abilities. My program. On my intellectual property. On my ability to get my clients results.

I coached myself hard.

I used my Action Belief Process, something I actually teach inside of my program Purposed to Profit™, to be able to coach myself, to get to believe.

I went all-in on the belief that I could do this thing, and therefore got confident on my offer.

I hit 6-figures in the period I implemented all of the above.

Sales is an inside job.

You know this because there are some people that can sell you the shirt off of your own back, and some people who aren’t able to sell anything.

When your potential clients see you, they are truly buying YOU.

They are buying your certainty.

They are buying your belief.

And guess what….building this belief and certainty is SIMPLE. It is doable.

And by the way, I didn’t have a big audience when I hit 6-figures (still don’t).

I am helping women doctors create an alternative to their 9-5 jobs by helping them develop and confidently sell their first high-ticket offer.

I have taken everything I have learned over the years and incorporated it into proven strategies and a framework that helped me to level up my mind to achieve success.

It’s worked for myself and my clients, who are now High-Ticket Docs™.

Ready to fully walk in your purpose by building a high-ticket coaching business and confidently selling high-ticket coaching packages?

Work With Me

Working with her as my business coach was mind-blowing especially because of all the progress that I made.

Before I started working with Dr. Kimmy, I was in a transition in my life. I was in clinical practice as a board-certified OB-GYN in a group practice and I was looking to branch off, create my brand and start my own business. But I was feeling stuck because I did not know how to do it. I was also kind of struggling with what my actual purpose was. I was in a place of information consumption and not executing anything; what they call analysis paralysis.

I worked with Dr. Kimmy before the Purposed to Profit™ program to first deal with my procrastination. And after I worked through my procrastination, I gained clarity to my purpose and figured out what I needed to do. Working with her as my business coach was mind-blowing especially because of all the progress that I made. My life changed, it transformed into something that initially looked so far away. She was invested in my success, not only in my business but also in my personal life because my personal life can easily impact how I show up in my business.

The different assignments made it very clear the various steps I needed to take to build the business that I now have called Menopause Moguls, which I am so excited about. I am coaching clients now, which has been amazing. I am excited every week to see them, talk to them and pour into them.

Through this journey, Dr. Kimmy has also helped me build a podcast out of thin air. I have created an online group coaching program for women going through peri-menopause pause, actual coaching clients.

Initially, I was very hesitant about getting a coach though I knew I needed one. I am glad that she is the first coach I have ever invested in. I am so happy that she invested her time in me.

This whole entrepreneurial journey was also very scary for me. I didn’t know if anybody would buy my stuff. They did and they are so happy. They are getting results, they are feeling good and it's just amazing.

I highly, recommend Dr. Kimmy, as your business coach. If you have something that you need to birth, she is your girl. She is someone that I would thank for the rest of my life.
                -Dr. Joy'El Ballard.

My organization is in a much better place because of the services that she provides.

When I met Dr. Kimmy, I was struggling with focus and clarity with the two businesses that I have. One of the businesses is a non-profit that treats Mental Health and Trauma and we were about to launch a new endeavour. I was having difficulty honing in on the vision, direction, and brand.

However, while working with Dr. Kimmy, she really helped me with organizing the business structure, developing standard operating procedures, identifying and bringing clarity to my vision and mission of the organization. Her services went a little deeper for me than that. She was very beneficial in helping me to identify my personal internal triggers as a CEO that can cause anxiety and impact the way I manage my employees and the way I relate to them.

I first hesitated with obtaining coaching services because of the idea that the services may not be worth it. I mean, let's face it. Everyone has an online business, everyone offers some sort of business coaching or some type of life coaching.

But what I would tell anyone, hands down, that's on the fence about working with Dr. Kimmy is that she is well worth it. Her services supersede any costs that she may charge. She is sincere, she is honest, and she knows her stuff! She is always available and what I love about her is that she is very supportive.

My organization is in a much better place because of the services that she provides. And I feel like as a manager, that I am in a much better place as well to manage my employees effectively.

I joined Dr. Kimmy's wonderful coaching program to get out of my own way.

I am an introvert and I am also a major procrastinator.

I knew that Dr. Kimmy was my people when I heard her talking about being both of those things.

When I started my coaching program, I had just left my nine to five, my family practice job of the last 15 years. I was ready to move forward and I knew that without a coach, I would not be able to move forward.

Dr. Kimmy was the perfect answer to what I needed at the time so I joined the program. Starting out, I was as kind of excited, but also nervous. I was not sure where it was going to take me and I was still procrastinating, still hitting the snooze button.

But when I worked with Dr. Kimmy, what I noticed was that her approach was very gentle, yet firm. She taught me to look deeper inside of myself for the answers that everything that I needed was already there. We just needed to pull that out. That's exactly what we did.

She helped me create a framework. She also helped me to figure out what my ideal client needed. I was even influenced so much by her that I created a picture of my ideal client and framed it just to have focus and to understand where I was going.

It was so interesting to see my transformation. I did not really want to call myself a coach at the beginning. I had my podcast and it had been going for a while, but it didn't have a lot of direction. It was something that I loved and it was a passion project but I just wasn't quite clear on the vision.

What Dr. Kimmy provided for me was the clarity and the impetus that I needed to move forward. A lot of times, due to various reasons, we get stuck in our own heads. We get stuck in things that have happened in the past. I just needed to push past that and understand that I was serving and that I was bringing something that people were looking for. So, I decided that my niche would be single moms and I've stepped fully into that.

Am I still scared? Yes, but I do it scared. And I have Dr. Kimmy to thank for that. If you're on the fence, do it. Just go ahead and jump in there. She will get you all the way together. Take care.
