As we are building our coaching businesses, something I noticed with myself and I've noticed with my clients as well, is that we tend to do this thing where we get into what I call tugboat energy.

At the beginning of my business, I was busy giving away free webinars and challenges and in the DMs of people trying to convince them that they want to be coaches.

I was hustling all the time. I was in grind mode non-stop.

I was a tugboat.

But tugboat energy will leave you drained and depleted.

Even worse, you always attract who you are..... it's the law of reaping and sowing.

The kind of energy you bring into the business will be the kind of energy reflected in your clients.

Whereas a tugboat feels overwhelming with lots of energy expenditure, a  lighthouse which has the same role, showing boats where they need to go, simply achieves that by   
standing tall and firm in one place.

As a lighthouse, you're not in the water chugging along, trying to get people to move.

You are standing firm in your energy and just being.

Imagine that, you could just be and make a lot of money and have a lot of impact.

Or you can do, do, do, hustle, hustle, hustle, and be in tugboat energy, and then still not make the impact you want to have because your people are stuck, because you are stuck with them, because you are down in the water with them.

Sis, you can stand as tall as a lighthouse and shine your light.
